**Returns and Cancellations**

**Cancellations**

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing an order. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 2-3 days. If the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@luxcaseworld.com (please provide your order number or confirmation email).

**30-Day Unconditional Return Guarantee on Unopened and Unused Merchandise**

Unopened and unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Specifically, the product will be inspected at the warehouse and the refund will be processed after checking the package. Please contact our support email address for the return address. Return shipping charges must be paid in advance. COD packages are not accepted. For warranty claims not related to quality, the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs. All goods and accessories must be in the original packaging. Returned items that are used or in poor condition will not be accepted. Please send a photo of the returned package and the tracking number to our support email address: support@luxcaseworld.com. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Returns may be refused if the above requirements are not met.

Items can be returned within 15 calendar days from the shipping date. Returns due to non-quality related issues after the warranty has expired will be refused. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at the following email address: support@luxcaseworld.com (please provide your order number and item condition).

Our customer service team will confirm the reason for the return and request photos of the product and packaging from different angles.

**Please include the following in your email:**

1. Order number
2. Photos that clearly show the appearance of all sides of the product
3. A photo showing the complete accessory set
4. A photo of the original package

Please note that the 15-day warranty must meet the following requirements:

- Products and accessories in their original packaging
- Products and accessories must be free of cracks, dents, scratches, and other elements that affect the selling price

It may take up to 10 business days to process your refund after your return is received. It usually takes 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement. Disputed orders may take 3-6 months to resolve.

**12 Months Warranty**

We take responsibility for quality issues and provide a 12-month warranty for quality issues. Any damage or misuse of the item by the purchaser will void the warranty. We will provide replacement or refund after confirmation to support@luxcaseworld.com (please provide your order number and item status).

**Late or Unpaid Refunds**

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@luxcaseworld.com.

**Exceptions**

The Luxcaseworld.com warranty does not apply to:
- Accidental abuse/damage
- Damage from natural disasters (lightning, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.)
- Unauthorized modification/repair/disassembly or use not in accordance with official instructions or manuals
- Issues not related to quality
- Items purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Use for specific purposes that deviate from normal consumer use
- Items that have been lost/stolen/free/refunded
- If you do not have a valid proof of purchase
